Perth District Future Directions Report

This Future Directions Report has been prepared during the period covering the latter half of the 2010 to latter half of the 2011 Football season. The Future Directions Committee included stake holders from the Perth Football Club, Junior clubs, Senior community football clubs, Local government, Women’s football, regional football, and the WAFC.
The report structure is based on an executive summary and action plan that provides clearly defined objectives, actions, accountabilities and performance measures that if adopted and resourced should address some of the most significant future challenges in the Perth Football Club district.
The committee's aim was to capture some of the most pressing issues, but to also highlight some of the districts strengths and to make sure that into the future the Demons District continues to strive and look forward as it grows and matures.
