On Saturday January16 a large group of Perth Demons Footballers and staff headed up to Toodyay to help demolish the Patchings burnt out home. After a couple of hours of hard labour in high 30 degree weather, we were suprised to see the cavalry in the form of the Avon Concrete Excavator. In less than 15 minutes the house was completely gone. So after dusting down the boys - we all headed to the Toodyay Football Club.
The local kids were in abundance and the Footballers enjoyed some kicking games with them. After we put on a sausage sizzle and enjoyed the hospitality of the Club members. A rewarding day all round. Visit our GALLERY to view all the photos of the day.
