This weekend the curtain comes down on the 2013 home and away season. With the league team playing for pride and the reserves and colts preparing for finals there is sure to be a great atmosphere down at Brownes Stadium this Saturday.
Colts 9:05am – Brownes Stadium
The winning streak which stood at 11 games was finally broken last week when Claremont was able to defeat Perth by 16 points while South Fremantle easily accounted for East Perth by 66-points.
Both these teams have met twice this season with the Bulldogs winning by 68-points in round three and the Demons prevailing 32-points in round 15.
With South Fremantle sitting second on the ladder and Perth in third position, this game is sure to be played with finals like intensity.
Reserves 11:35am – Brownes Stadium
Perth finally got back on the winners list last weekend with a 77-point thrashing of Claremont while South Fremantle recorded a 29-point win over East Perth.
These two teams are equal at one win apiece this season with the Demons getting up by 13-points in round three and the Bulldogs winning the return fixture by four-points in round 15.
With South Fremantle winning last weekend they now move into second position on the ladder while Perth still remains top of the table.
League 2:05pm – Brownes Stadium
Despite an improved performance from Perth the experience of Claremont proved too much for the young Demons as they went down by 15-points while South Fremantle recorded an upset 12-point victory over East Perth.
The Demons have had the wood over the Bulldogs this season, winning both their previous encounters by 13-points in round three and by 10-points in round 15.
