East Perth Vs Perth Game Preview

After a tough road trip to Moora last weekend, Perth will be looking to bounce back when they take on East Perth at Medibank Stadium this Saturday. We hope to see as many supporters wearing red and black and coming to watch what should be three fantastic games of football.
Colts 9:05am – Medibank Stadium
Last week Perth recorded their tenth win in a row when they defeated West Perth by 25-points. East Perth was on the end of a 19-point loss at the hands of Subiaco.
The Demons have won both times when these two teams have played each other this season. They won by 20-points in round seven and by 64-points in round 13.
With Perth sitting third on the ladder, they will be looking to keep the pressure on the top two teams in Claremont and South Fremantle when they take on the Royals who are seventh on the table and cannot make the finals.
Reserves 11:35am – Medibank Stadium
Last week Perth lost their second game in a row when they went down to West Perth to the tune of 52-points. This was the Demons biggest loosing margin of the year. East Perth on the other hand recorded a comfortable 49-point win over Subiaco.
Perth won by 47-points when these two teams met in round seven and then by 22-points when they met again in round 13.
With Perth occupying first position on the ladder and East Perth sitting second, the Demons will be looking to fix their form slump from the last couple of games and get back on the winners list with the finals fast approaching.
League 2:05pm – Medibank Stadium
Last week Perth were held goalless in the second half as they went on to lose to West Perth by 60-points. Unlike the Demons, East Perth was able to pile on the goals in the second half as they demolished Subiaco by 68-points.
The win/loss ratio between these sides this season is split at one apiece with the Demons winning the first fixture by 51-points in round seven and the Royals winning by 18-points in round 13.
Perth currently sit sixth on the ladder and are one game behind East Perth who is in fourth place.
The after match awards will be held in the President’s Lounge at Brownes Stadium.
