Junior Parade Day

On Saturday the 20th of August, the Perth Football Club and the WAFC brought together the Demons District Junior Clubs to celebrate football at grassroots level with our annual Parade Day. We had strong representation from all our Junior Clubs in our metro zone.

The Parade Day involved Junior Clubs entering Mineral Resources Park for a lap of honour prior to the clash between Perth and West Coast. The event culminated in our Junior Clubs making a guard of honour as the League team ran onto the field. The atmosphere that was generated by all our enthusiastic Junior Club players, parents, guardians, and volunteers was second to none and no doubtly helped Perth have a commanding victory against our rival neighbors. It was a terrific way to cap off a terrific home and away season for our Junior Football Clubs and we look forward to hosting them all again next year.
