Nominations for Life Membership:

In accordance with the Clubs' By-Laws, nominations for Life Membership may now be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer.

Any nominations of a person (who must be a financial member of the club) to be elected a Life Member shall be signed by two (2) qualififed members and submitted to the Chief Executive Officer at least one calendar month prior to the Annual General Meeting. The nomination shall be accompanied by a short statement setting out the nominee's record of service to the Club.

It would ordinarily be expected that the nominee has given at least ten (10) years service to the Club before their nomination is referred to the Annual General Meeting which is set for Monday 8th December 2014.

Nominations for President & Board of Directors:

President to be elected for a two (2) year term.

Four Directors to be elected for a two (2) year term.

Eligible Perth Football Club (Inc) members prepared to serve as Board Members for the next two (2) years are invited to nominate now. Retiring Directors are eligible to nominate.

This can be done by completing the nomination form available from the Perth Football Club office located at Lathlain Park and returning it to the below address by no later than 5pm on Friday 7th November 2014:
